Small businesses and sole traders are always looking to improve the way they do things. That improvement can range from knowing what their numbers are, to expanding their business globally. That's where Xero comes in. It takes the usual way of doing business and makes it better by being smarter, more agile, and well-connected.

Our films showcase the transformative power of Xero by depicting business owners moving from frustration to empowerment. We also captured behind-the-scenes footage to share the stories of the small businesses that helped bring the ads to life. These testimonials were retargeted to people who had already seen our ads, directing traffic to the Behind small business page.

Outdoor and social

Our approach to outdoor and social advertising highlights the difference between the "usual" way of doing business and the "better" way with Xero as the conduit. We used 3D illustrations to explore creative ideas beyond a "matching luggage" approach, which gave us the flexibility to expand beyond our initial three executions.

Radio

Radio ads allowed us to have some fun with the "Business, but better" concept, using simple but effective voice acting to illustrate how Xero makes life easier for small businesses and sole traders. Each ad highlights a common problem faced by sole traders and offers a Xero solution.
