The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is more than just a chance to taste new dishes; it's about discovering the elements that go into their creation. To give food enthusiasts a taste of what the festival had in store for them in 2015, we asked three of Australia's top chefs to share the recipes of their signature dishes. We then used the raw ingredients to handcraft our festival posters, taking inspiration from the ancient Japanese printing technique 'Gyotaku.' By doing so, we were able to create a unique and appetising teaser campaign that generated excitement among foodies all around Australia.
